EE Technologies Invests in More Certified IPC Trainers for Soldering
EE Technologies is committed to continuous process improvement and skills training.
RENO, NV, July 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- EE Technologies (EET) announces the completion of on-site classes to certify four long time employees as J-STD-001 Certified IPC Trainers. This comprehensive program provides electronics manufacturers a uniform method for training and certifying both the knowledge and physical skills of their in-house instructors to the requirements of J-STD-001. The training was provided by Omni Training, an IPC authorized certification center for more than 30 years.
"These certified trainers will be responsible for teaching and certifying others to IPC requirements. These skills will be used to meet our customers exacting quality requirements - whether Class 2 or Class 3," said Jeff Colclough, Manager of Quality at EET.
Continuous improvement is part of the culture of EET and a major factor in EET's ability to exceed customer expectations for quality. As EET continues its diversification and expansion efforts into military and medical, we expect to see the need for Class 3 soldering skills increase. EET is committed to meeting this challenge and serving our customers proactively.
