William H. Ficken Jr. is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Home Builders

AVON LAKE, OH, July 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- William H. Ficken Jr., REALTOR with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the housing and real estate industries.

At Howard Hanna, Mr. Ficken is a real estate agent responsible for assisting buyers and sellers in the marketing of new and existing home properties. Mr. Ficken's career began with IBM and led to a corporate career in Senior Level Management in the building production industry followed by his current career in real estate. He attributes his success to his education, his family's entrepreneurial leadership and legacy and his spiritual beliefs.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Mr. Ficken received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration; he majored in marketing and minored in Finance and Speech (television production). A past president of BGSU's Alumni Association, he serves as a member of the Dean's Board of Advocates of the College of Business Administration; as a member of Marketing Advisory Council of the CBA; mentors students in the CBA (20+ years). He established and endowed BGSU's Outstanding Senior Award, given annually to the senior who excels academically while contributing to BGSU through student body activities.
