Felisha A. Mason McDougald Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Felisha A. Mason McDougald celebrates two years as the owner of Midwest Professional Insurance

LEAWOOD, KS, September 02, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Felisha A. Mason McDougald, Owner of Midwest Professional Insurance, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in commercial development, insurance and civic leadership.

With three years of experience as the Owner of Midwest Professional Insurance, Ms. Mason McDougald is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations including reporting, financing, maintaining current client relationships, and developing new clients. Ms. Mason McDougald's goal is to expand the agency with additional producers and additional offices to serve an ever-expanding clientele. She attributes her success to her determination. Currently she has grown the agency to represent the top carriers in the region as well as expanded to commercial and life lines of business.

Ms. Mason McDougald received a Bachelor of Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with an emphasis on Aviation Safety. She is a member of KAIA, the Kansas chapter of Independent Agents, as well as very active in the Junior League of Kansas City. Ms. Mason McDougald was also selected as a finalist of NBC's "The Apprentice" with Donald Trump. She used that platform to mentor women in aviation at her former alma matter and local schools.

For public service she currently serves as the Honorary Chair for the Nurse of the Year Awards Gala, where she is spearheading nominations, logistics, and run-of-show. Ms. Mason McDougald is also a licensed pilot, a (former) sailboat racer and enjoys community action with the urban core of KCMO.
